Is it me, or does it seem like some people think up questions just so they can have conversations?

I ask a lot of silly/hypothetical questions, but that’s just because I’m driving to or sitting at work, and something strikes me as an interesting topic for discussion.

Last Answer : Yeah, I've noticed and I'm only 19. :( Maybe it's just because I have some health problems and both parents are docs so what's wrong with one's body is the preferred topic of conversation. I literally ... have a rash all over my body! hahaha I don't think it's typical for a college student though.

Last Answer : If a question does not meet the ask-public Guidelines and members flag it a moderator will possibly pull the question so that the asker can edit it to meet the guidelines I did not see the question you refer to so I am not certain if this happened to it or if it is just hiding.

Last Answer : I usually find it helpful to have the question in the “question” part and then add details in the “details” part. If the two don’t match then I stop reading.

Last Answer : I don’t think that’s an accurate assessment. We have covered so much ground since I’ve been here (2009) I don’t think there is virtually any topic we haven’t discussed.

Last Answer : Some jellies answer as many questions as they can to get lurve. Some are lonely or bored at night. It helps to put a disclaimer with your question that only helpful answers only please. I get unhelpful answers when ... I have a funny quip I PM the OP and tell them the joke that I just have to share.

Last Answer : How is choosing an easy death over horrendous deaths challenging my logic? The logical answer is to choose the easiest less terrifying death. Not a threatening question in my opinion.

Last Answer : Nope. I kind of hate it when people ask rhetorical questions. What’s the point of opening your mouth if you didn’t want a response anyway? But I think we all do it, but I’m more on the side of not asking them than hating that they were answered.
