I use Skype for video conferencing and find it to works flawlessly, plus the program is free. All you need is a webcam, microphone, speakers, and a connection to the internet. I have used Polycom hardware in the past, but am very dissapointed in the quality of their products. I am guessing you are using Windows, but what kind of hardware do you have available?
