There is a great deal of evil in this world. It shows up as drug addiction, mental illness, alcoholism, eating disorders, just to name a few that have affected my life. Evil is a powerful force. There is only one thing more powerful, and that is Love. Love from a higher power, love of humanity, the love of another human being, love of yourself—again, many forms. I have found that love is the only force that can overpower evil.
