answer:As far as I know, there's no way to retrieve the game yourself, but you can contact iTunes (use the email form) and ask for help. My understanding is that Apple has an informal policy to let customers download their lost music for free. By which I mean there are anecdotal stories on the internet of customers talking iTunes support into letting them download their music again. Here's Wil Wheaton explaining that Apple let him download his music again for free after he lost all of it. I'm not sure they'd do it for one game. Still, it's worth a try. It wouldn't hurt if you were a former child-actor with a widely-read blog.
