I work for an AT&T dealer, I’ve heard nothing good about it. The only thing I’ve heard is that it looks absolutely ridiculous. Then again, only about two people had heard of it, and only one of them had an opinion. Usually, decent phones generate some level of buzz. This one seems to be invisible.

Last Answer : My best guess is they are burned permanently into the core operating system. You would have to ‘jailbreak’ the phone to remove tones and features that came with the phone. Unfortunately, that would probably void your warranty.
