It doesn’t exist. Once opened all makeup has a point at which it becomes hazardous to use… particulary anything that would go near your eyes should be avoided after three months unless it is powder shadow. At that point it’s probably beginning to dry out and bacteria and microbes may have gotten in. If you don’t use makeup that often I would buy the cheap stuff and never splurge on the high end brands. That’s for us addicts who will us it up before that time comes. It will inevitably end up costing you much more for very little benefit. I assume you don’t have too many problem areas or you’d use it more often but the one thing I splurge on is concealer. A good concealer is better than anything else in your collection by far. Well besides Urban Decay’s Primer Potion.
