The amount of time it takes for hair to grow can depend on a lot of things. If your diet is poor (lacking in certain vitamins) that can cause hair growth to slow. If you don’t already take a daily vitamin, I would suggest doing so and your hair should start to grow more quickly. Also, start giving yourself scalp massages on a daily basis, moving your fingers in small circles all over your head. It will increase your blood circulation which also helps hair grow faster. Anyway, the vitamins are a good idea all around, as is massage. You’ll get healthier and boost your mood, all from trying to get your hair to grow faster. It’s a win-win situation. :) Good luck.
