I’ve dealt with this many times in the past. It sucks majorly, the worst pain in my life hands down. Whatever you do, don’t stick anything in your ear to try and give you relief, it simply does not work and you risk damaging your ear and hearing. If you completed your course of antibiotics and they worked but now it’s back, to me this says the infection is still there and fighting strong. Go find another doctor if you don’t like your other one, but you do need to see one, you probably need a higher course of antibiotics. You might have to stop breast feeding until you are cured, although I am not a doctor, your doctor will be able to fully clarify these things.
