Does anyone have the problem of hearing your heartbeat in your ear?

I have that when I’m in bed, when my head is on one side on the pillow. But only when I have severe stress. I read that you have already been to four specialists, but I’ll ask you anyway, just in case: Could it be stress related, @ZEPHYRA?
