Answer :

You got me curious, and it looks like there’s a number of issues that are keeping it from happening. First, Activision apparently owns the rights to James Bond video games… so Nintendo has to get some kind of ok from them. Next, Rare, the company that made the game, was bought by Microsoft, so I’m sure they’d rather see it appear for their system. But it looks like some folks have ported it over, although it’s not an official release. Check out google for more details.
