It might be reaction to something physical, and it might be psychological. If they started when you were in middle school (while your brain was still developing) maybe they had a physical cause then (Fluorescent lights, lead paint, whatever), but since then they have become a psychosomatic reaction to school generally. I get headaches a lot, and have found a couple of things that seem to help, even if they are only psychological. Try to find those “cures” and perform them even if they seem strange. Some things that might “cure” a headache or coming-on-headache that work for me: Super Hot shower with a lot of sinus-rubbing.
