1 Answer

Answer :

answer:Cold compress. If it’s coming from physical tension, do some neck and shoulder stretches. Honestly, I’ve never had much luck getting rid of migraines without medication (OTC or Rx). I can dull the pain a bit, but not get rid of the migraine.
