I use honey in tea and its also a weight loss supplement (helps stimulate your metabolism). I really like herbal teas and I use lavender to help me sleep. The basics I suppose. I grew up with my grandfather raising bees so I’m used to raw honey which is delicious. A friend of mine runs a company in the central valley of California that produces raw milk which helps your immune system, clears your skin, doesnt make you gain weight, and all sorts of other things. Oh, i just thought of something else too…I use raw sugar in everything I make. Not for any known “rememdy” reasons though…I would recommend the raw milk though, its amazing. :)
