Answer :

I tend to walk away when I’m really angry and need to calm down. I just say “Oh, I am so angry right now. Please do not talk to me. We will talk about this later. I need time alone.” and I leave. It’s better to take a few minutes (or hours, days!) to cool off and contemplate your words/actions in a rational way than to just BLOW up and cause damage.
