Not everyone’s dream is to be extremely wealthy. It is mostly hard work. When you work hard and have a clear goal, you increase the likelihood of getting lucky. Obstacles are unique to your situation. They are sometimes insurmountable, it depends what we are talking about. We could remove the obstacle, maybe, if this question wasn’t so hypothetical and we were actually talking about something.
