answer:I haven’t personally had experience with it, but when I worked in the psych hospital it was an extremely common complaint for just about any change in medication. It also depends on how long you were on it, and for what. If you were on it for anxiety and you took it for some time, sounds silly, but your brain has very likely gotten used to not being stressed and then all of a sudden the chemical that staved it off is cut in half. That’s how I heard it explained by the psychiatrists at my old job. Did you talk to the doc before cutting the dose in half? Even at a low dose, maybe it was too much of a cut too fast?
