answer:I’m not doctor, but, I hear people say that its really unhealthy to lose X amount of lbs within X amount of days, but in reality, it really depends where you’re starting, and how much of that weight is water etc etc. For example a really big 350 lb person could lose 6lbs, but in proportion to their overall weight, it’s nothing. But if you only weighed 100 lbs, and lost 6 lbs in 6 days, that would be considered unhealthy. I’m willing to bet that you’re gonna lose a lot of weight in the first couple weeks, but as you lose more and more weight, that will rate of weight loss will significantly slow down as you become fitter and fitter. As long as you are being healthy and are eating enough you should be fine. You were saying that you had never worked out before right? I’m willing to bet, its a lot of that “Easy” to lose fat thats going away. congrautulations and keep up with it.
