I have to drop 25 pounds between now April 14 and July 3, how should i start?

answer:You can’t safely lose that much weight in less than 3 months. You can safely lose 1–2 lbs a week. This means you can safely lose 12 lbs., actually 12–24 but 24 is pushing it. Probably more towards the former. To lose the weight you should do an hour of cardio a day b/c a new study says that really the 20–30 minutes isn’t enough. And you should do some weight lifting b/c muscles burn fat. To top it off you need to it appropriate portions of healthy foods (not starve yourself either).
