Is there any chance you could be pregnant? Some women have implantation bleeding (light spotting or just some when they wipe) before their periods are due. It could also just be that your cycle is starting early this month. It is normal for cycles to fluctuate some, but twenty days is short for a cycle, so I would keep track of it and if it happens again, make an appointment to discuss it with your GYN.
