Answer :

Right now, it’s cumbersome. The only way to add topics at the moment is to click on a topic you’d like to add when you see it somewhere (like in a question, or on another member’s profile). We hope to have this streamlined soon. :)

Last Answer : They are stored in your profile. I have done this a lot of times. But here is a hint. On the new machine start Firefox once. Quit Firefox. Delete the profile that was made for you. Then you can put the new one in. Now everything should be the same as it was.
