answer:When I had neck pain, it was (partially) from sleeping on my stomach with my arms up craddling my pillow (instead of down by my side). Once I stopped doing that, it got a lot better. I changed by getting a body pillow, and rolling onto that so that I was sleeping on my side with my arms down, but with an emphasis on pressure against my tummy. I have this mattress, but I have no idea if it’s available outside of Denver.
