answer:Twitter doesn’t really have a relationship with Fluther, per se. They acquired our tech team (including the site’s founders), but not the site itself. Fluther is still owned by the original founders, they just work for Twitter now. I’m the community manager here, and I still work for Fluther. As for why they were interested, I’d assume it was because there’s some pretty innovative technology behind this site. Our tech guys are awesome. Welcome to Fluther, by the way!
