answer:Why did you leave your other job and have you been replaced? Sometimes, it is best to put your hand up and say, well that was a bad idea. Put ego aside for a moment, can you go back to your old company? Think though, why did you leave? What was not working for you there that made you leave? Are you sure it isn’t just that you hate this new job so much your old job is now looking great? If you can’t go back to your old job, or you know it really would be a backwards step that wouldn’t leave you happy in the long term, start looking for something else. Something will turn up and in the meantime, one step at a time. You can only do what you can do and if you have to, speak to your superior and try to get some clarity with regards to what their priorities are for you. Hope it works out.
