In my opinion it was not a good match for a school district, which is distinctly different from a typical business in many ways. Reading the book generated a few interesting discussions, but most of the time we were trying to stretch it to fit our situations. That said, it was written in an engaging way and was a quick read. If it had fit our structural model better, it probably would have been fairly helpful.
