answer:I can’t have shrimp…but when I think of hot soup, I think of warm breadsticks with butter served alongside. Since it’s Southern maybe people would prefer buttermilk biscuits though? I’d go with a simple endive salad with cherry tomatoes and some cheese crumbles. I know you like iced tea, so I’d serve that and offer hot water for hot tea (I usually have out an urn or hot water this time of year when we do a party or dinner). What are your plans for dessert?
