Is this a full-on court case? If it is arbitration or small claims, I believe copies of the information is handed out at the time of the hearing and you have no right to it beforehand, I don’t think. Do you have a lawyer or does the plaintiff have one? All this stuff is meant to be exchanged between the two sides before the court date, I thought.
