answer:Lol, you give the finger to little kids. XD I’m guessing that, because a majority of the people in the morning just woke up, they might be less concentrated, a little groggy and whatnot. Some of those folks perhaps have graveyard shifts and are going home, they might feel the same way that the peeps who just woke up do. Just a thought. Some people are morning people, so they might not have any problems…a bus driver has to be epic at all times, for example. But I would personally attribute it it this, at least partly. Hell, all I have to do is get out of bed in order to cause accidents…
