Why is it that sometimes employees resist change in a company or their work environment?

1 Answer

Answer :

answer:Both. I think many people can generally be resistant to change. They may enjoy their work and their work environment and they are worried they will not be able to adapt to the changes or that they won’t like things after the changes have taken place. It may also be about their lack of control over the process. Often organisations manage change very badly. They don’t involve employees sufficiently so they feel the change is being done to them and that they have no control. If the organisation gives them input and some ownership over the change process, people may adapt better.
