answer:This is so interesting. I just got through watching an episode of Dr. Oz show which I taped from a few days ago when I remembered this question. One of his guests was Chris Kilham who spoke about all the benefits of Shizandra. Hopefully I can find a local source and if it doesn’t end up costing an arm and a leg, I would seriously give it a try for myself.
