Buy the spray that does 22 ft away....I used Raid wasp & hornet spray Walmart has it Sam's might have it in a 3 pack.............wait until it is totally dark..................get close check fast with a flashlight....turn it off when you see the target....do it fast or they will think that is is sunlight and come out.............spray at it...and around it.............get to the side spray again..................get to the other sides spray again.............and to the last side............they will be dead by morning..check early am before the sun comes up to make sure they are dead.............if you don't want to get it out now you can put a big flat rock over the whole........when you spray there should be a tiny hole in the ground. If you are allergic to ground wasp stings get someone to do this for you. You are going to laugh, several years ago when I was mowing between our fruit trees, I noticed ground wasps coming out from the side of the hill near the trees.......so that night, I got the lawn mower out, got my sight on them quickly with a flashlight & turned it off...........did a fast driveby spray while driving the lawn mower..........went back several times and last time soaked it good...........looked the next day.............they had tunneled under the hill..........I did a final spray with many dead ones on the ground and put a heavy rock on the hole, I never did dig that up........they did not survive my night visit.
