When I eat meat, I eat only organic eggs, and wild meat, wild caught fish, or organic meat from the store, no dairy. Since I’ve been on this diet, my skin has improved greatly, and I’ve lost about 10 lbs. All meals are pretty much the same: rice and veggies, with variations due to spices and herbs.
