There are large bandaids that could be used that would have the cushion over the nipple and the tape on the regular breast tissue. There are many sports bras that are double fabric or bra tops that are thick cotton that should hide them fairly well without using adhesive on them. Do you have permanently hard/erect nipples? Also, large fabric and sewing shops sell underarm covers and bras to sew into dresses, they might have some sort of thing or peice of fabric you can sew into your sports bras.
