Try this. Lay on your back with a comfortable weight in your hands. Extend your arms straight out over your chest and slowly move your arms over your head until the weight is on the floor and then go back to the weight over your chest. Repeat. This builds your lung capacity in amazing ways. Try it. If I did it three times I could tell the difference.
