How do you say "yields" in Spanish?

1 Answer

Answer :

I think you can use porciones, as in portions, but I’ll send the Q to Bob_ to see what other words might work. Maybe portion is more appropriate for cooking, while in baking another term is preferred? I’m not sure. Maybe hechar conjugated correctly or “serves” translated might work also if that is closer to what you are looking for. I don’t know if there is a more direct translation for yields. Maybe even the verb dar, to give? Again, I am not sure. I’ll be interested in the answer from a fully bilingual jelly.
