answer:Algebra is actually enough for much of physics, and you can teach yourself. I myself forgot quite a bit of algebra, but still know enough to rearrange equations; F=mv2—> F/m=v2—> (Fm)^0.5=v. But the tricky part is visualizing it, which is why Conceptual Physics is nice. It is a little lighter on the math, and more about teaching the principles of physics rather than just giving you a list of equations without any real context.
