answer:I’m not offended by it’s use, it’s pretty low key as far as “cursing” is concerned. But it is something said in anger, even low level anger, but anger none the less. To that extent, as a customer service rep she probably has guidelines for disconnecting a situation. Depending on ho you phrase things, it can be considered to be cursing someone to hell. That’s one of those things on how it is received, not how it is meant.
