answer:Sorry, I don’t have a recipe for you right this minute, but I want to tell you how much I too love Pimento cheese spread. I can remember first eating it (on soft white bread) at a drugstore counter when I was a young kid. I can’t recall ever finding a commercial brand that I really liked—I prefer only very basic ingredients and the store brands are usually loaded with stuff I don’t like—so I’ve tried making it a few times. I may have added milk but I don’t remember that, only that there were two kinds of cheese and of course lots of pimentos. It was pretty good, and if I find the recipe I’ll send it to you.
