If someone has some annoying behavior that you wish would change, have you found that doing something just as annoying to them in response can change the behavior?

I’m not a parent so have no idea in that form. Have tried to give idiot coworkers back what they gave out, and most times they all of a sudden become a poor little picked on victim that goes crying to the boss.

But if you truly mean voluntary, I think that is a good thing and I would encourage people ... the principle is no different than slavery or a military draft, which nobody thinks is a good thing.
