How can I improve my concentration?

Answer :

answer:The only things I can think of that actually work require either a prescription or some underground contacts and lots of cash. I went the legal route as my concentration issues are actually bad enough to require medication. Last I checked, the street price for what I take was high enough that even if I had no fear of getting arrested, simple finances made talking to my doctor and playing medication roulette a far better choice. I don’t think anybody here is qualified to answer; best talk to your doctor. But that is for general concentration. I’m not sure whether you’re looking for that (as the title implies) or just study tips for an upcoming test, and I assumed the former. If I am wrong and it is the latter, well, given my own oddball way of learning, I don’t have any study tips that I think would help you. Sorry, I tried.
