answer:You are correct. A long, formal dress is traditional, but I wouldn’t let that make my decision for me. Wear what you want! It’s your prom, and you only go once. If you find a short dress that looks dynamite on you, wear it. I would let the dress decide and not tradition. Why not look at both kinds of dresses? Look for traditional ones and nontraditional ones. Consider both.
