Answer :

I floss once a day. More if I have gunk in my teeth. I brush once a day at night with fluoride toothpaste . I rinse with crest pro health at night. I rub my teeth on the bath towel multiple times , for that clean feeling. I see a hygienist once every three months for scaling.
