answer:I can’t pick one thing. It’s a combination of things that create a wonderful environment. I love my pillows, but I love having a soft, comfy bed topper too. The one on my own bed is sheepskin which helps keep us cool, but I like the feather ones you get in some hotels too. I always buy good sheets; sliding between crisp, clean sheets is just heavenly. And in winter, I love my hot water bottle. I have cold feet, and I just love having my fur covered hot water bottle to keep them warm when winter arrives. It’s hot as hell here at the moment, and it isn’t cooling down much in the evening, so I’ve taken to wrapping a gel ice pack in a hand towel and putting it under my neck when I go to sleep. It really helps to cool me down and thus to sleep.
