I am pretty up on the issue, and have heard both sides of the arguments. But net neutrality is the best way to provide a level playing field for all participants in something that was developed by the government and through inter-university research funded by government grants. To allow an entity to disrupt neutrality in such an entity for purely profit motivated anti-competitive reasons is actually anti-capitalist.
