It’s a game. Valve is a video game publisher and Steam is their digital distribution platform. To uninstall it you’d need to log in to Steam, which, I’m guessing, you don’t know the log-in info for it. Talk to one of the grandkids? For what it’s worth, however, Counter Strike or Steam are unlikely to be causing your issue with Firefox.
