Did WiFi uninstall from my laptop?

Hello, I probably have the worst problem with WiFi. I didn't do anything on my laptop that had anything to do with WiFi, and yet it fell out. When I clicked on the diagnostics, I didn't find any problem. At the bottom of the status bar, an asterisk was displayed next to the WiFi icon, and when I clicked on the icon, only an empty list for WiFi was displayed. So I tried to disconnect and reconnect WiFi (I thought it would somehow jump) and at the bottom of the status screen a network icon with a red cross appeared, and when I give the settings, the WiFi tab does not appear in the network and internet tab. I have a lenovo laptop, windows 10
