I think it honestly depends on what you are wanting to make. Some things it’s easier to crochet and others its easier to knit. Knitting involves two tools, and you have to use one hand to give yourself yarn which makes it easy to drop stitches and mess yourself up. Crocheting is just one stitch so it may be easier to manage. and keep track of. Knitting is two active hands, while crocheting is only one. So it all depends on what you think will be easier for you, and what your project goal is. Just try both, and whatever you get the hang of quicker, stick with that for a bit until you’ve made a few big projects then move on to the other one That’s what I did with cross stitching/embroidery. I found counted cross stitch super frustrating so I moved to embroidery, and now I’m doing this real big design. Once I’m finished with that, I’m going to try to go back to cross stitch.
