Based on your own question and the anxiety you’ve expressed about that feeling of “being” judged, I expect that you do a fair amount of judging yourself, and you could probably work on your own feelings of “acceptance”. When you do that, then your considerations about others’ judging of you will probably diminish, too. Obviously at this point, that’s little more than a guess, since I don’t know you at all – but consider it a pretty experienced guess.
