The Omega3 capsules give me gas. So, I prefer to use ground Flaxseed added to my food. I started out with a small amount just in case I didn’t like the taste.I found it to have NO flavor so I increased the amount I added. I add it to my cereal, my smoothies, my salads, my soup, or any food where the urge strikes me. I’ve not found any food that I couldn’t add it to without problems.I have found it better to add to foods I eat daily (like my cereal) so I don’t forget as it becomes a habit much like adding milk. It has also become a habit as an ingredient in my smoothies.
