Last Answer : Doesn’t bother me. I don’t like people coughing or sneezing at me or anything I am about to ingest – but if everyone stayed home as soon as they had a bit of a sniffle, the world would be very lonely at times.

Last Answer : I’d say the economy of your area has driven much of it. If the jobs aren’t there for the wealthier classes, they move to where the money is. See if you can contact your local historical society. They should be able to explain a lot of the answers to your questions.
