I don’t understand much about finances and/or financial markets, but what I heard is that analists are scratching their heads over what Mnuchin has done over the last day(s) (calling 6 CEO’s of big banks, and trying to, by releasing a statement about it, seemingly, calm traders, and the people). I wouldn’t be surprised therefore, I say from my gut, that markets are not yet at their lowest. If I had money (I don’t) I would wait a few days.
